For this blackberry pie recipe start by putting 10 tablespoons of real butter (stick butter) out so it can reach room temperature.

-4 cups of fresh blackberries
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1/2 cup of flour
-2 cups of flour
-1/2 cup of sour cream
-10 Tablespoons of real stick butter (softened to room temperature)
-2 Tablespoons of milk
-1/4 cup of sugar

Filling for blackberry pie recipe:

Combine three and one-half cups of fresh blackberries with one-half cup of sugar and one-half cup of flour.

Crust for blackberry pie recipe:

To make the crust for this blackberry pie recipe, combine 2 cups of flour with one-half cup of sour cream and cut in 10 tablespoons of butter. Separate the dough into two equal parts and refrigerate the dough for about 10 minutes.
